SPAY/NEUTER TRANSPORTS ARE FULL FOR THE SUMMER! Check back for fall dates soon.

The below services are for our monthly Spay/Neuter Transports to Pets Alive. Our basic packages are available below. If you have additional needs/questions for our staff, please make arrangements to sign up in person at the DCHS office located at 426 Wernsing Road in Jasper, IN.  Office Hours are Tuesday-Friday 12-6pm EST and Saturday 9-12pm EST.

*Your credit card will be charged at the time of reservation to reserve your spot.  Due to the limited space/popularity of this program, your reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.

*Transports are open to all regardless of county of residence or income.

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and 2lbs to participate. DCHS strongly recommends that all cats and dogs are fully vaccinated (FVRCP combination for cats, DHPP or DAPP combination and bordetella for dogs) BEFORE they come in for surgery.
