The Dubois County Humane Society relies on the generosity of our community for help in housing and feeding unwanted pets. Currently, we are in greatest need of the following items:

- Canned dog food
- Name brand dry dog and cat food - SPECIAL REQUEST: Purina Dog and Cat Chow
- Canned dog and cat food
- Rawhide chewables, Nylabones and Gumabones - needed to help keep lonely dogs busy during the day
- Postage stamps
- Liquid laundry detergent
- Paper towels -- especially needed
- Baking soda
- Bathroom tissue
- Cash donations are always appreciated
- Your time -- become a volunteer!
- Adult volunteers for fundraising events

Volunteers Needed!
Adult volunteers (over the age of 16) are always in demand at the Pet Adoption Center for a variety of duties, including assisting with kennel duties, light maintenance, positive method dog obedience trainers, dog walkers, cat/dog brushes, recycling coordinator, telephone commmittee, assisting with fund-raisers, and a groundskeeper.
